Grand Opening 05/06/2011
The 2011 Grand Opening of the North Raleigh Farmer's Market is Saturday, May 7th from 8am to Noon. It is not hard to buy locally. All our vendor's produce their products within a 75 mile radius of your home! Our farmer's provide a wide variety of produce including strawberries, blueberries, watermelons, cantaloupe, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, spinach, corn, etc. as well as pastured meats that include chicken, duck, pork, beef, turkey, and lamb along with plenty of fresh eggs. We have locally produced honey, soaps, and a new baker transplanted from New York who will provide breads and sweets! If plants are your desire we have gardeners who can provide you with tomato plants, flowers, and any herb you can think of. The North Raleigh Farmer's Market is opened on Wednesdays from 3pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to Noon in the parking lot in front of the Food Lion parking lot. Look for our signs and come check it out! Add Comment |
